Learning-Intergration-Fun-Exercises is a programme which teaches a variety of exercises and skills to increase brain power while relaxing the body. Scientific research shows that when a student is calm, information is absorbed and understood easier. Likewise, when the student is focused, information that has previously entered the brain is more readily accessible.
The L.I.F.E. Programme benefits:
Fine & Gross motor co-ordination
To maximise these essential life skills one needs a whole brain and body approach.
When there is successful integration of complimentary opposites, namely, the left brain is dominant when the right side of the body is dominant and vice versa, then this provides a nourishing landscape for the individual to absorb the information presented, retain it and recall on it later when required. Anything less sends the person into mere survival mode which makes learning impossible.
A child (young or teenager) can easily absorb, comprehend and master a new skill when their brain switched on. Trying to rectify a learning (or behaviour) issue with more lessons will only stress the child.
The solution is to gradually and consistently assist the student to bring balance to the different hemispheres in the brain as well as to create direct communication between the brain and the body.
A scrambled network within the body-brain system can result in:
Low results at school
Poor focus / concentration
